The comedienne celebrated her birthday in typically outrageous fashion as she transformed into a heavily pregnant Kim Kardashian.
Proving that age doesn't necessarily equate to taste, the Fashion Police star did a hilarious imitation of the mother-to-be.
Joan drew laughs when she pretended to be the Kardashian reality star by donning a striped maternity dress and cradling a phony baby bump.
The Fashion Police host added a lengthy dark wig a la Kim and, truth be told, she actually pulled it off.
Everyone who was watching was laughing uproarously - although it remains to be seen if Kim gets the joke.
Joan was joined by her Fashion Police colleagues including Giuliana Rancic and purple-haired Kelly Osbourne for the extra special weeklong celebration that begins airing on E! Thursday night.
The funny lady, who turned 80 on June 8, was also joined on the set this week by pregnant Black-Eyed Peas singer Fergie.
The 38-year-old Fergie, who proudly displayed a growing baby bump of her own, presented Joan with a gorgeously frosted, layered cake.
The birthday girl didn't waste any time digging into the sweet treat as her face became smeared with frosting.
'Cldnt resist getting @Joan_Rivers an 80th birthday present she deserved. See it go down tonight on @e_FashionPolic,' Fergie tweeted earlier this week.
Joan followed up on Thursday by writing: 'Even though the party ended in a food fight, @Fergie’s cake was DELICIOUS! All-new @e_FashionPolice tonight at 10:30!'
The age-old star also marked the occasion by mentioning her friend and inspiration - Betty White, who's 91 and still feisty as ever.
'If that's 90, where do I sign?' Joan quipped.
'I did her show, Hot in Cleveland. She knew all her lines, was running all around. After that, I thought, 80 is nothing!'
'I feel 25 [or] 35,' adds Rivers. 'I take the stairs. Everything is working. I perform, make people happy, get a check. What could be nicer?'
Joan's daughter Melissa was planning a big birthday party for her mom in New York last week, but cancelled it due to the unexpected passing of Joan's sister Barbara Waxler.
Now that she's successfully breezed through her 80th year, friends and family are already hatching plans for Joan's 85th milestone.
'I don't like surprises, but when I saw the guest list, I was touched,' Joan said. 'The 85th will be great.'
